2. Complete sets of design plans and specifications signed and sealed by licensed architects, engineers and lot owner

3. Lot Plan signed and sealed by a licensed Geodetic Engineer

4. Proof of Property

  • Tax Declaration of Property
  • Current Real Property Tax Receipt

5. If the applicant is not the owner of the lot, the requirements are:

  • Notarized Authorization from the owner of the lot
  • Deed of Sale
  • Contract of Lease
  • Contract of Sale
  • Deed of Absolute Sale

6. Permit Billboard

7. Bill of Materials and Specifications

8. Locational Clearance

9. Barangay Clearance

10. Clearance from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
